Hopefully it is of no surprise that all of us here at Vital Motion Health are in our 50's and that we all suffer from some form of mobility issues. Whether that be due to injuries, age related, or both.
My story is of injury 15 + years ago, after falling down some steps I managed to not only break my back leg bone in about 6-7 pieces but also, destroyed my ankle. I still have various metal work including plates, pins, screws, and hooks.
Initially I recovered well and I was even able to get back into running, well jogging. however these days depending on the days activity level, weather conditions, etc. I generally walk with a near constant limp.
I have tried many different medications , supplements and exercise regimes, with varying degrees of success. So one day I thought there must be lots of people out there with similar issues and hence I created Vital Motion Health to offer tips, recipes and motivation to like minded people.
